Our fleet system is your paperless solution to fleet management, it can store all details needed about every vehicle in your fleet. These details include not only things like engine size and the specifications of the vehicle but also the vehicle documents. Vehicle documents can be uploaded to the site so, just like with the other details on the site, they are available anywhere with access to the internet.

Mileages of cars can be analysed to estimate a total mileage for your lease term, allowing you to easily see if your cars are going to go over their lease mileage rate. This allows mileage terms to be re-negotiated early to save you money.
This system not only holds the information concerning vehicles, it holds details of your drivers too. The driver's licence details including vehicle categories and endorsements can be replicated only to the system so you have an easy reference should you need to assess your driver's driving history and/or the vehicles they are allowed to drive. The system also holds details of accidents the driver has been involved with whilst driving on company business or in a company car.
