The C.A.D.S. (complaints and disputes system) module allows STOCKman to provide high-level ISO 9000 compliant quality control.
Customer Based C.A.D.S
The C.A.D.S module allows you to record all complaint and disputes made by your customers, and any remedial action you have taken. You can even use the C.A.D.S module to raise credit notes.
Supplier Based C.A.D.S
As well as dealing with disputes from your customers , the C.A.D.S module will allow you to record complaints and disputes against your suppliers.
This allows you to perform analysis on your suppliers and prove which suppliers are the most effective, and which suppliers under-supply, have late deliveries, etc.
As well as all this STOCKman will allow you to raise debit notes against suppliers.
Combined C.A.D.S
STOCKman will allow you to link disputes made by your customers, to disputes raised against your suppliers. You can even raise a dispute against a supplier automatically from a customer dispute note.
