Stock control lies at the heart of STOCKman. The system will give you the ability to manage your stock levels, and perform complex enquiries quickly.
The goods-in module allows you to record various details about incoming stock. With it's intelligent data matching procedures STOCKman can alert you to over deliveries and under deliveries, and provides a mechanism whereby you can ensure you only pass invoices for stock you have received.
STOCKman operates a real time stock control system. This means that as soon as stock is booked onto the system it available for your sales team to sell.
When stock is booked into the system, STOCKman can post the value of the stock into your account system to ensure your financial data is up to date with your stock position.
STOCKman has a sophisticated viewer that enables you to search through your stock, allowing you to filter on types and sizes. This means you can know at the touch of a button whether you currently hold the size and grade of metal that your customers want.
