STOCKman - Account System Integration

STOCKman has been designed and built to be extremely flexible to deal with a number of accounts systems, such as Sage Line 50.

As such STOCKman can integrate with your account system and can read details from your sales, purchase and nominal ledger. This means if you create a new customer account in your account system, STOCKman will see that new account automatically - you do not have to re-create the account in STOCKman, In a similar manner STOCKman can post data to your account system.

Some examples of STOCKman's account system integration include

Update of stock and suspence nominal ledger accounts upon stock receipt.
Update of nominal ledgers to take account of scrap when processing
Sales Ledger credit control
Payment Terms to calculate due dates.
Automatic posting of invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
