Sales Orders

The sales order system allows you to raise a sales order against a customer quickly and accurately and allows specification of

Dimensions & Tolerances
Grades & Finishes
Quantity - including ordering by weight, by item and by length.
Pricing Structures - including purchase at price per tonne, price per item and lump-sum.
Dates & Comments
Stock Allocation can occur when placing the order, or at a later date (such as when processing the order).

Credit Control

STOCKman also employs a full credit control system, which means you can ensure you do not accidentally raise an order for a customer

Whose account is on stop,
Is over their credit limit
Has overdue invoices.

STOCKman also has the ability to allow certain users to authorise orders to customers which fall into the categories above. This gives STOCKman both accurate and flexible credit control.

Invoicing

When stock is despatched, STOCKman will create an invoice automatically. This means that you can be sure that your invoicing is up to date. Your account system can also be updated at the same time with our account system integration feature.

STOCKman also allows you to raise ad-hoc invoices for total control.

Invoice Enquries

The invoice enquiry program suite allows you to search for particular invoices and see at a glance

Various Invoice Details
Estimated and actual margins
Stock usage, and stock costs.
The ability to trace an invoice back to the sales order(s) to which it relates, and to the purchase orders which relate to the stock used
