STOCKman - Transport

The STOCKman transport module further enhances the despatch element, so that you can manage and optimise your haulage usage so that it can be used in the most cost effective manner.

The transport module allows you to view all your deliveries for the next fortnight, and allows you to

Reschedule Deliveries to make them more effective.
Arrange multiple orders so that the lorry's maximum load weight is used to it's potential.
Determine which deliveries are least cost effective.

The transport module also allows you to specify costs against deliveries, including

Lumpsum Costs (e.g.£250 for the lorry)
Price per Drop (e.g. £50 for drops 1,2 and 3, and £75 for drop 4).
Price per Size & Weight (e.g. £25 per tonne for the 4 T packs, and £30 for the 2 T packs)

All costings are recorded and can be analysed to spot pricing trends, and can be matched to an invoice, which means you have all the advantages of the purchasing invoice matching facility.

The transport module allows you to despatch stock in an extremely intuitive manner. You simply select what stock is going onto a lorry. Once the lorry is loaded and ready to depart the system can produce all the relevant despatch notes, and automatically create the associated invoice. With our ability to link to your account system you can be assured that your account system is up to date.
