We also believe you should only pay for what you need, so we offer a basic subscription service and allow you to pick the extra's you want. You simply pay a subscription fee, either monthly or annually, and that is all. It is really that simple.

User Licence Upgrade
The standard subscription allows you to specify up to 5 users within your company to use the health and safety system. Please pick an option below if you require access for more than 5 users.

The multi site upgrade will allow you to specify up to 10 sites, which is ideal if you have sites in London, Cardiff, Edinburgh for example. The system will also allow you to have more than 10 sites should you require this.
Secure Channel Digital Certification		£29.99
This will allow the system to run over HTTPs, an industry standard method of encrypting and securing the data as it travels between your pc and our server.

We will send you an invoice for the subscription by email. We can send you a paper based invoice by post should you so wish. Customers paying annually will get paper based invoicing free of charge.		£4.99

The monthly charge is based upon an annual payment for the service. We can offer monthly payments should you require, for which their is a 10% surcharge to cover the additional administration costs.
